abstract: Time-ordered products solve linear differential equations but do not commute with time derivatives. This causes various problems, e.g. in statistical physics. Another notion of time-ordering (T-star products) has been deviced to cope with the issue, we will explain how to account for it in the framework of RB algebras. Based on j.w. with M. Bauer, R.
